In the coming days, the parking service will be transferred from the SkyCash application to the new application Skycash ParkingTo park without interruptions, we encourage you to downloading a new application.
Existing SkyCash users do not need to create new accounts. With your consent, we will automatically transfer your account details and transfer your funds to the new Skycash Parking wallet – simply complete a short login and verification process to start using the new app.
The process of transferring the service to all users will be implemented gradually and will take up to a month.
The new Skycash Parking app was created with the intention of with even greater comfort and speed of use. Start/Stop parking is now activated one click, making the entire process simpler and more intuitive.
The application works in two models:
- Comfort+ – a subscription model with no transaction commission, offering additional features and benefits, including fuel discounts of up to PLN 0,25 per liter. After installing the application, each user will receive free, 90-day access to the Comfort+ plan, which will allow them to freely test new features.
- Basic model – available after a trial period. Based on existing principles, with a payment processing fee, similar to other solutions available on the market.
W Comfort+ framework users gain access to features that simplify everyday parking:
- reminder to turn off parking after driving away,
- view parking status even on a locked screen,
- navigation to the parking place.
After the 90-day trial period ends, users can decide whether to continue their subscription for PLN 11,90 per month. The subscription cost can be recouped by taking advantage of two discounts, for example, on fuel and car wash. The subscription can be canceled at any time through Customer Service, and before the trial period ends, you'll be able to cancel it yourself with just a few clicks – directly from the app.
In the new application, each user has been introduced automatic wallet top-up, which eliminates the risk of interrupting the parking session due to lack of funds. After adding the card once, the application automatically tops up the user's wallet to PLN 30 when the balance drops below PLN 10. This means users don't have to worry about their parking being interrupted due to a sudden lack of funds, which could result in a fine. In the latest version of the app, after updating users can also top up your wallet via BLIK.
