How to do it?
As always, it's simple – directly in the app. Select the "Insurance" icon on the home screen. From the available options, choose one: apartment, house, or personal property insurance.
Apartment and house insurance
To insure an apartment or house with just a few clicks in the app, start by entering the property's address, square footage, and year of construction. Next, fill out a field informing the insurer about the property's ownership status (ownership, cooperative, leasehold) and the property's security features (constant physical surveillance, security doors, intercom, window security, CCTV alarm, local alarm). For home insurance, you also need to provide information about the building's construction (brick or wooden).
No one knows what you need better than you. You can tailor your insurance to your individual needs and choose the risks you want to protect against. You can choose from several insurance options, including MAXI, OPTI, and MINI. To finalize the process, in the final step, you must provide the policyholder's personal details and confirm the property address.
The insurance provider is PROAMA, a company owned by Generali TUSA.
Insurance of movable items
The new SkyCash service also offers the option of insuring movable items in your home or apartment, such as consumer electronics and household appliances.
To insure your selected items, you must provide the address of the house or apartment where they are located, as well as the floor on which the apartment is located (ground floor, intermediate floor, top floor). For houses, you must indicate its construction and whether it is currently under construction. The value of the items insured must be at least PLN 10.
