FAQ
Parking
My parking lot/city isn't listed
The list of available cities and parking lots depends on the local operator's cooperation. If you don't see your location listed, it means the service isn't yet available there or is temporarily disabled.
You can submit a request to add a city → Contact us.
Is the parking lot I am using guarded?
This depends on the specific parking lot/operator. The Skycash app handles parking payments but does not determine the level of security.
Can I park two cars at the same time in the Skycash app?
Yes! You can. To park a second car, simply add it in your settings and then select it when starting parking.
I started parking in a parking meter, can I extend it via the app?
If a session was started outside the app, it cannot be "extended" within the app. You must start a new session within the app after the previous one ends.
Can I schedule parking to start tomorrow?
If you start parking after paid parking hours, your parking session will start the following day at the paid parking start time.
Do I need a sticker on my window saying I'm parking with Skycash?
Most often not - the check is carried out based on the registration number in the operator's system.
If exceptions apply in a given city, this information should be displayed on the parking meter/zone markings.
Does Skycash guarantee the availability of a free parking space?
No. Skycash allows you to pay and register your parking space, but it does not reserve a space. Space availability depends on the parking lot/zone and current occupancy, so we encourage you to pay for your parking once you have parked in your destination space.
What parking zone am I in?
If you've allowed the Skycash app to check your geographic location, we'll suggest a suitable zone for you. If your GPS signal is weak, the zone may be incorrect—in which case, please select the zone manually.
Do my city resident card discounts work in the app?
Yes, in select cities, you can use a discount or subscription to park with the Skycash app. Currently, supported cities include Poznań, Łódź, Kraków, and Gdańsk.
