Koleje Mazowieckie is the first rail carrier whose mobile tickets are available in SkyCash. Passengers have been able to buy them since 2011. Now, thanks to changes introduced in the application, it has become even more convenient.
Since the beginning of October, SkyCash has been used to buy tickets for all, not just selected routes operated by Koleje Mazowieckie. Passengers have also been given a completely new and much more convenient route search engine. After selecting the starting and ending station, the application displays all available routes in the form of a clear timetable with departure and arrival times and travel times. When buying a ticket, you can also conveniently read information about all offers valid on a given route and choose the one that is the most advantageous.
If travel plans change, passengers can return unused tickets without having to go to the station ticket office. To do this, simply display the ticket saved in the "Control" tab and tap the "Ticket return" button.
As before, you can pay for tickets using a payment card or funds collected on your SkyCash account. After purchase, tickets are saved in your phone's memory, so you don't need an internet connection during inspection.
Koleje Mazowieckie is the most modern regional rail carrier in the country and a company with over 21% share in the passenger transport market. Every day, around 730 trains set off on their routes. In 2015, over 63 million people used Koleje Mazowieckie services.
