In March we will gradually introduce new version of the application and refreshed brandingIt's more than just a new icon. We've prepared a refreshed interface, more convenient one-click parking, and a range of features that will make using the app even easier and faster.
If you decide to transfer your account from mobiParking to Skycash Parking, your funds will remain active and ready for use in the new version of the app.
SkyCash becomes Skycash Transport
Parallel application SkyCash will gain a new name – Skycash TransportYou can still purchase public transport and train tickets and pay for highway tolls. The parking feature will remain available to existing app users. New users at this stage will not have access to parking through Skycash Transport; the service will be available through Skycash Parking.
Transfer of funds
With your consent, we will transfer funds from your mobiParking / Skycash Transport wallet to your Skycash Parking wallet.
For example: You have 5 PLN on your mobiParking or Skycash Transport account. After migration, your Skycash Transport balance will be 0 PLN, and your Skycash Parking balance will be 5 PLN. If you prefer to withdraw funds from your wallet or wallet instead of transferring funds to your wallet, please contact bok@skycash.com.
The changes we are introducing will allow us to develop our services even better and make your everyday mobility easier.
B2B customers
From perspective The B2B panel, billing and management system remain unchanged.The current operating and reporting principles remain unchanged.
However, the new application it will not at the current stage, support companies using old SkyCash B2B panel.
In the case of such companies:
- If the driver is currently using from the mobiParking application, must instead install the SkyCash application immediately, which will enable the continued use of the parking service. Otherwise, this option will be lost.
- If the driver is currently using the SkyCash app, they do not need to do anything.
In the case of companies migrated to the new panel B2B, drivers will be able to use the new Skycash Parking app. Drivers will be automatically guided through a short onboarding process in the app when the new version will be made available to them.
