If the purchased item turns out to be a bad choice, you can return it to Adidas within 60 days, and to Zalando within 100 days.
How to buy Zalando and Adidas top-up?
To purchase a top-up on the main screen of the app, select the “Entertainment and shopping” tile. At the bottom of the screen you will find the Zalando and Adidas icons. Select the store that suits you and the amount you want to purchase the top-up for. Then you will be redirected to a screen summarizing the purchase, all you have to do is accept the terms and conditions and click “Buy top-up”. That’s it.
How to use Zalando top-up?
- Log in with your user account or register on the website zalando.com or in the Zalando app.
- Go to the “My Gift Cards & Balance” tab and enter your gift card/top-up code in the appropriate field, then click “Redeem”.
- The card value will automatically be added to your balance.
You can also enter the code during the ordering process. If you do not use the total value of the top-up at once, the remaining amount will be added to your Zalando account balance. Zalando gift cards have an indefinite expiry date.
How to use Adidas top-up?
Go adidas.pl, then during checkout in the “Gift Card” field enter your 19-digit card number followed by your 4-digit PIN.
The card is valid for 3 years.
