On July 1, changes will appear in the SkyCash application, thanks to which our users will gain additional features and even greater comfort.
First and foremost, we'll be enabling wallet access from the first login. This will give every user an additional payment method within the app. We've also redesigned the app's home screen, allowing users to more easily manage their SkyCash accounts, among other things. We've also added a travel planner to conveniently search for connections between cities. And that's not all...
These changes are primarily intended to provide greater convenience for our users. They offer new capabilities and make using the products and services available in the app easier.
The main changes we will be introducing are described below:
- Access to the SkyCash wallet does not require SkyCash account verification and you can use it as a payment source in the app after your first login.
- Once you verify your account with a verification transfer, you gain access to new features, such as instant fund transfers to other SkyCash users and Verified User status. You can also transfer funds to your verified bank account.
- After the second stage of verification, confirming your identity by uploading a photo of your ID and a selfie, you gain access to the ATM feature, which allows you to top up your wallet with cash and withdraw funds from ATMs. We also increase your transaction limits. Additionally, we grant you Trusted User status, giving you access to the full version of the SkyCash app.
- We've reorganized the app menu and the order of our service tiles to make it easier for you to find what you're looking for.
- We have added a bar at the bottom of the screen from which you can go to the next page with one click. planning a trip or to your favorite products, active tickets for control or payment card management.
- The aforementioned Journey Planner is now centrally located in the navigation bar, making it quick and easy to find the connection you need. We'll advise you which carriers you can use to get to your destination.
- We've added a banner that will let you know about upcoming news and promotions, so you'll always be up to date!
- We have improved the buttons so that, if you decide to verify your data, you can manage your funds quickly and conveniently (Top Up, Transfer, ATMs).
- We're opening up to new customers, and minors over the age of 13 will be able to join the SkyCash service. Access to the many features offered by the basic wallet will make life easier for teenagers.
