How to download and install Skycash Parking?
You can download the Skycash Parking app for free from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Search for "Skycash Parking" in your phone's app store, download, and install. The entire process takes a few minutes. Note: Look for the app with a blue logo – this is Skycash Parking (for parking). The green Skycash Transport app is for public transport tickets, highway tolls, and train tickets.
I changed my phone. How do I transfer my account?
Simply download the Skycash Parking app to your new phone and log in using your existing details (phone number and password). Your account, transaction history, and wallet funds will be preserved.
How to pay for parking by phone using Skycash Parking?
Open the Skycash Parking app, select a parking zone (the app can automatically detect it based on location), confirm your vehicle or add your license plate number upon first use, and press Start. To end, return to the active session screen and press Stop. You can also set a time or amount limit – the session will automatically end once it is reached. The fee is charged from your Skycash Parking wallet, which you top up with a payment card (physical or virtual with Apple Pay/Google Pay) or BLIK.
How do I know if I am parking in the correct zone?
The app automatically recognizes your location and suggests the appropriate parking zone. Before parking, it's also worth comparing the zone name or number with the markings at the parking lot.
How to avoid a fine due to an incorrect registration number?
Before parking, always check that the license plate number you've selected is correct—no spaces or typos. You can save multiple vehicles in the app and easily switch between them.
Can I add more than one car to my account?
Yes. You can add up to 5 vehicles to one account and conveniently select the right car when starting parking.
What payment methods are available in the app?
The Skycash Parking app enables quick payments using BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay and by linking a payment card.
How to pay for parking as quickly as possible?
With the Skycash Parking app, you can park with just one click – but to speed things up even further, add a payment card – either physical or virtual – with Apple Pay/Google Pay. Thanks to the Auto Top-up feature, the app automatically tops up your wallet with up to PLN 30 when your balance drops below PLN 10. So you don't have to manually top up your account or worry that a lack of funds will interrupt your session and expose you to a fine.
Will the app remind me when my parking time is about to expire?
Yes – the app sends notifications reminding you when your parking time is about to expire. Make sure you have notifications enabled in your phone and app settings. You can also extend your parking time remotely, without having to return to your car.
Can I end parking automatically or remotely?
Yes. You can end the session at any time from your phone. If you set a time or quota limit, the session will end automatically. The Auto Stop feature (available with Comfort+) will remind you to deactivate parking when your car starts moving.
How does Auto Stop work at Skycash Parking?
Auto Stop is a feature available with the Comfort+ subscription that automatically reminds you to end your parking session when you drive away. This way, you don't risk forgetting to deactivate parking and overpaying for time you no longer use.
What if I don't know where I parked?
If you have a Comfort+ subscription, the Auto Navi feature automatically remembers your parking spot and allows you to navigate to your car directly from the app. This makes it easy to find your car, even in unfamiliar surroundings.
How does the controller know that I paid via Skycash Parking?
The paid parking zone inspector verifies the fee based on your vehicle's license plate number. Using their device, they check the system to see if a parking fee is active for that license plate number.
Do I have to place the sticker behind my car window?
This depends on the city – the Skycash Parking app will let you know if this is required in a given city. In most cities, the controller verifies the payment electronically based on the license plate number.
Does Skycash Parking operate in private parking lots?
Yes – in addition to city-managed paid parking zones, Skycash Parking also operates in select private parking lots. You can find a list of available parking lots in the "Parking" section of the app.
What does the Comfort+ subscription give you?
Comfort+ is a subscription priced at PLN 11,90/month that unlocks additional features: Auto Stop – a reminder to end your session after driving away, Auto View – a preview of active parking on the locked screen, Auto Navi – navigation to your parking spot, as well as partner discounts on items like fuel, car washes, and coffee at BP stations. Every new user receives 90 days of Comfort+ free of charge.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel Comfort+ at any time after the trial period ends. The app will continue to work, but without the additional features available with a subscription.
Can I receive an invoice for parking paid for by Skycash Parking?
Parking fees in city-managed zones are public levies and are not subject to VAT – no VAT invoice is issued for them. For business account users, Skycash Parking automatically generates a monthly accounting note for parking fees.
