Pay for public transport in Jastrzębie-Zdrój with SkyCash
From August 1, 2023, residents of Jastrzębie-Zdrój can pay for public transport tickets in the SkyCash application. As part of the service, residents can buy both single and season tickets.
Where to start?
To be able to buy public transport tickets quickly and safely, you should start by installing the SkyCash application on your mobile device. The application can be downloaded from trusted sources: Google Play, AppStore and AppGallery.
Then, in a few steps, you need to set up an account by filling in your details and selecting a payment method – topping up your account or linking a payment card.
How to buy a ticket?
Ticket purchase should be made before boarding public transport. To make a purchase, follow these steps:
- On the SkyCash application home screen, select the "Public transport" tile.
- When you make your first purchase, the app will ask you to select the city from the list where you want to purchase your ticket.
- Select your city to go to the details of the ticket offer of a given carrier. You can always change the city using the "Change" button available at the bottom of the screen.
- Now, you need to select the type of ticket. After selecting the appropriate parameters, on the summary screen, verify that all the data is correct, and then confirm the purchase of the selected ticket by selecting the preferred payment source.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive a message about the transaction being carried out correctly, and your ticket will be available in the "My Tickets" tab, which you will find on the main screen of the application. You will also find the ticket here in offline mode, without access to the Internet.
