I returned a ticket in the app. When will I receive my refund?

Funds are always refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund to the SkyCash wallet is processed immediately.

The refund is usually posted to the card within 3 business days., however bank settlements may take up to 30 days.

Where can I find my purchased ticket in the app?

The purchased ticket is available in the "Tickets for inspection" tab in the main menu of the application. You can also find it in the tab of the given carrier, where it will be visible in the "Inspection" or "Ticket inspection" tab (depending on the selected carrier).

Can I buy a ticket for someone travelling with me?

The possibility of purchasing tickets for co-passengers with whom we cooperate is determined individually by each carrier. Detailed information is included in the carriers' regulations.

Please note that if the ticket purchased for your fellow passenger includes a discount, the inspector may ask you to show a document entitling you to it.

How to behave during ticket inspection on the train?

During ticket inspection, the passenger is obliged to: presenting the ticket in the SkyCash application on your device in such a way that the inspector can see the 2D/QR code and other ticket data, e.g. time of purchase or validity.

To present your ticket for inspection, follow these steps:

  1. In the SkyCash application menu, select the "My tickets" tab.
  2. From among the recently purchased tickets, select the one you want to verify with your finger and show it to the inspector.
Can I print a train ticket purchased in SkyCash?

SkyCash does not provide the option to save the ticket on the customer's device or print it. The ticket after purchase is located in the "My Tickets" tab and should be presented on the device from which it was purchased.

How do I get an invoice for train tickets purchased in the SkyCash application?

You can issue a VAT invoice for purchased train tickets yourself directly from the "Transaction History" after logging in to the customer panel on the website skycash.com.

When issuing a document for the first time, you must create an invoice profile that can be selected for issuing subsequent invoices. If you are unable to issue an invoice yourself, please contact SkyCash Customer Service. The invoice will be sent to the email address included in the invoice profile, in PDF format.

Some carriers have made it possible to issue invoices directly from the SkyCash app. If your carrier offers this option, the invoice option will be available in the ticket details immediately after purchase or immediately after the completed journey (ticket expiry).

What if I have been charged for a ticket and it is not listed in the "My Tickets" tab? Should I re-purchase the ticket?

First try restarting the application and check again whether the ticket is available in the "My tickets" tab. You can also check your transaction history, whether the funds collected as part of the ticket purchase were not immediately returned to your account.

If there is no ticket, make another purchase and report the situation regarding the collected funds and the lack of a ticket in the form of a complaint to the SkyCash Customer Service Office.

How do I refund a train ticket?

Ticket refunds are usually made from the app and are available as a button in the details of the purchased ticket. Due to the different regulations of individual carriers, ticket refunds are not always the same. It is therefore important to familiarize yourself with the refund conditions in the service regulations of a given carrier to determine the method of ticket refund, the time within which the refund can be made and other issues related to ticket refunds.

My ticket discount is not on the list of available discounts in the SkyCash application? What should I do?

The tariff of concessions/discounts available to eligible persons is transferred to SkyCash by the carriers themselves together with the ticket offer presented in the form of results from the SkyCash connection search engine of the given carrier. The lack of concessions/discounts depends on the carrier itself, which makes them available in the mobile ticket sales channel.
