More than 500 thousand Android phone users already use SkyCash mobile payments. The application, which can be downloaded for free from Google Play, makes it much easier to make many everyday transactions, the most popular of which are buying public transport tickets, paying for parking and withdrawing cash from ATMs. Users also regularly use other, constantly expanding services, such as buying cinema tickets, paying for household bills, GSM top-ups or transfers to a phone number.
– The most common reason to download the application is to save time while performing everyday, routine activities, such as paying for parking or public transport tickets – says Dariusz Mazurkiewicz, CEO of SkyCash. – Convenience means that users quickly notice the versatility of the application and reach for other services, which are regularly increasing in SkyCash – adds Mazurkiewicz.
Since its appearance in Google Play, SkyCash has undergone a significant evolution, both in terms of appearance, available services, and user ergonomics. It has become possible to make transactions on the balance of a payment card, buy tickets using NFC technology, or present tickets for inspection offline, without having to connect to the Internet.
In addition to Android phones, the application is also available for iOS, Windows Phone and BlackBerry users. Basic SkyCash functions can also be used on phones running Java and Symbian systems.
