COMPANY PARKING SETTLEMENT – THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Fees in urban zones can be included in PIT/CIT costs if they are related to business activity (e.g. a trip to a business meeting).
- Fines and penalties they never constitute a cost of obtaining income.
- Parking ticket it is not an invoice, but it is an accounting document (it contains the date, time, zone number, fee amount).
- VAT – fees in urban zones are not subject to VAT, so there is no right to deduct it.
- Private parking lots – you settle based on a VAT invoice (e.g. airport, underground parking).
- The Tax Office (KIS) confirms: city parking fees may be deductible if they are related to the company's activities.
