We are pleased to announce that the National Chamber of Appeal (KIO) has accepted the appeal filed by SkyCash Poland SA in the tender procedure for "Collection of fees for parking in the Unguarded Paid Parking Zone using mobile platforms/channels".
KIO ordered the Municipal Road Authority to reject the mPay offer. The Municipal Road Authority should now take steps to select the next, most advantageous offer, i.e. the SkyCash offer – in accordance with the list and scoring published by the Municipal Road Authority in February this year.
