After a short absence, we're returning to Lublin. To meet the needs of residents, starting June 1st, they'll be able to pay for parking in the newly created Subzone D using the SkyCash app.
Where is Subzone D located?
The subzone area includes the following streets:
- from Unii Lubelskiej to Lubartowska – without Tysiąclecia Street;
- from Lubartowska to Prusa – without Solidarności Street;
- Prusa – without that Jaczewskiego Street;
- Obywatelska; Unicka – without this street;
- Podzamcze – without this street;
- from Podzamcze to the Roman Dmowski roundabout – without Lwowska Street;
and
- along the Bystrzyca River – from Piłsudski to the Union of Lublin;
- Union of Lublin – from the bridge over the Bystrzyca River to Zygmuntowskie;
- Zygmuntowskie; Piłsudskiego – from Zygmuntowskie to the bridge over the Bystrzyca River.
In the SkyCash application you can make payments in 3 ways:
- parking on time – if we know that we will spend, e.g. 20 minutes in a given place;
- parking for a fixed amount – when we want to pay for parking no more than the threshold we set;
- using the START-STOP function – it allows you to pay for the exact time spent in a parking space, the driver decides when to turn the charging on and off.
Skycash customers have full control over the costs and time they want to spend on parking. Using the app, you can pay directly in it, there is no need to look for a parking meter. The mobiParking function allows you to extend or end your parking at a time chosen by the driver.
Fees paid for subzone D are valid only in this zone, fees paid in subzones A, B, C are not valid in subzone D.
How do I pay for parking?
Once you have found a parking space, paying for your ticket via the app is very simple. All you need to do is: Open the SkyCash app, then select the "mobiParking" tile. Select the city and zone where you are parking. Select the payment method (START-STOP, time or amount), payment source, and then click the "Start parking" button.

Parking fee list in Subzone D:
- PLN 2,00 for the first hour;
- PLN 2,40 for the second hour;
- PLN 2,80 for the third hour;
- PLN 2,00 for each additional hour;
- PLN 15,00 for a 24-hour ticket.
