The SkyCash app enables mobile parking payments in the Lublin Paid Parking Zone from June 2024. Drivers use the mobiParking service, which allows them to pay for their parking without a parking meter and without the need for change – the fee is debited from their SkyCash account for the actual parking time.
What are the parking rates?
Lublin has three paid parking subzones—A, B, and C—with varying rates depending on parking time and location. The current price list is effective from January 1, 2025 (following an average 10% increase introduced by a resolution of the Lublin City Council in November 2024).
Subzone A:
- First hour: 5,00 PLN
- Second hour: 6,00 PLN
- Third hour: PLN 7,00
- Each additional hour: PLN 5,00
- Daily ticket (24 hours): PLN 31,00
- Minimum fee (15 minutes): PLN 1,30
Subzone B:
- First hour: 3,10 PLN
- Second hour: 3,70 PLN
- Third hour: PLN 4,30
- Each additional hour: PLN 3,10
- Daily ticket (24 hours): PLN 26,00
- Minimum fee (15 minutes): PLN 0,80
Subzone C:
- First hour: 2,60 PLN
- Second hour: 3,00 PLN
- Third hour: PLN 3,50
- Each additional hour: PLN 2,60
- Daily ticket (24 hours): PLN 19,00
- Minimum fee (15 minutes): PLN 0,70
Tickets purchased in a more expensive subzone are also valid in cheaper ones - a ticket from Subzone A is valid in B and C, and a ticket from Subzone B in C. The hierarchy does not work the other way around: a ticket from Subzone C is valid only in that zone.

How to start?

The app can be downloaded from trusted sources: Google Play, AppStore and AppGallery. Registration only requires providing basic user data, such as a phone number or email address. The next step is to add a vehicle to the mobiParking service, i.e. enter its name and registration number. After installing the app on your phone, select the payment source.
